Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery for all UK mainland orders. You can expect your product to arrive within 2 to 8 business days after it's been shipped, depending on the item. We want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase, so please check your delivered parcels as soon as possible. If you're not satisfied with the product or it does not suit your needs, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, but please note that there will be a collection fee charge. Make sure that the products are not used or damaged and packed in the original packaging. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.  Please note that full refunds would not be possible for items that arrive damaged back to us. If you disposed original packaging the product cannot be returned.

If your item arrived faulty, no worries! Just contact us by sending few photos and we will provide you with a replacement. Please reject any visibly damaged parcels upon arrival and do not sign for them. We will not be responsible for claims from the customer if they signed the parcel/pallet.
