Cancellations/ Returns and Refunds

If you need to return your item(s) please contact us via email at support@allaboutchairs.co.uk.

If for any reason you decide that the item you received in good condition is not what you need or want, please let us know as soon as possible so we can process your return quickly. A collection fee will be charged, which varies depending on the size of the parcel. You have the option to choose your own courier to return the item to us, or we can provide you with a quote and arrange for the product to be collected. We kindly ask that all returns are in their complete and original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories that were included with the item when you received it.

If the furniture you receive is damaged or faulty, we want to make it right. Please let us know right away and provide us with some photos. We will be happy to replace, exchange, or refund it for you. In order for us to investigate cases of defective products, it is important that we receive photos of the item in question. Please understand that we have specific procedures in place that must be followed, and providing photos is an important part of that process. If photos are not provided, we will not be able to properly assist you. All the original packaging must be kept for return to be processed. We cannot accept returns that are not in their original packaging.

Please be aware not to sign for a parcel as being in good condition if it appears to be visibly damaged upon arrival. If you sign for it as being in good condition, it may invalidate any claim for a replacement.

Once we receive the product back to our warehouse your refund will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you disposed original packaging.

We will only refund payment to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed the order.

Sale items are refundable, we can offer exchanges if the product arrives damaged or if the item is just unwanted the customer can send it back to us. Collection fee will be applied.

It is important that if the item is not damaged it is returned in a resalable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you have kept all the original packaging and labels. Please note that full refunds would not be possible for items that arrive damaged back to us and not in their original packaging.

Please make sure you check your delivered parcels within 14 days of receiving them to make sure everything is up to the standard and so you can contact us on time if it is not.

If you wish to cancel your order or make changes to it please send us a message as soon as possible. If the order is already shipped unfortunately we would not be able to change it or cancel it.
